Terms of Service

Who operates MP Executive

MP Executive (MP Exec) is operated by Connor Duncan trading as MP Executive, a sole trader. Our address is 478 Sulivan Court, London, SW6 3BX, United Kingdom. Contact privacy@mpexecutive.com for support, privacy questions or complaints.

The service available now

MP Executive is in pre-launch. You can read this website and sign up for our job-listing briefing, launch news and follow-up marketing emails. General accounts, CV uploads, Morgan conversations and paid subscriptions are not open to the public. Leaving your email creates no account and authorises no payment.

The website presents the intended account service; example people, companies and screens are illustrative. Product descriptions must be read with the pre-launch notice. They do not guarantee a launch date, a particular vacancy, an interview, an offer or employment. Employers make their own hiring decisions. We will explain the features actually available and their applicable terms before accounts or purchases open.

Tailoring and matching use automated processing and may use AI. Checks are designed to preserve source facts and identify missing qualifications, stale listings and other issues, but can miss errors or changes. Review generated claims, qualifications, answers and formatting, and verify material job details with the original employer before relying on them. No draft is guaranteed to pass a recruitment system. General work-right and immigration information is not individual legal advice. These limits do not remove our duty to use reasonable care and skill or your statutory remedies.

Morgan’s planned career record can automatically retain facts you supply across conversations. You will be able to inspect, correct and delete them; sensitive processing also requires the separate permission described below. Encryption and account isolation protect data but do not mean that every processing step is unreadable to the service or its disclosed providers, or that deletion instantly removes every backup. The Privacy Policy explains processing, access and retention. Keeping your record private does not prevent processing needed to provide the assistance you request.

Planned account access

Our planned account service is for people aged 18 or over in the United Kingdom and United States who can legally enter the agreement. We will explain the available features, eligibility and applicable account terms before registration. A translated page does not mean the service is offered in every country where that language is spoken.

Your information and permissions

You retain your rights in information you supply. You allow us to process your email and correspondence for the request you make, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Supply information you are entitled to share and avoid unnecessary information about other people.

The email signup checkbox requests permission for the job-listing briefing, launch news and follow-up marketing from MP Executive. It is optional to join this list, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We ask you to confirm your address before programme delivery. Earlier launch-only requests remain launch-only unless you separately join the marketing programme. Website use, Terms acceptance or acknowledgement of the Privacy Policy does not give blanket consent to other processing or external actions.

Morgan and sensitive career details

Morgan is being developed to maintain a career record from the information users supply, including sensitive details they choose to share. Before that processing opens, the account terms and a specific consent request will explain the categories, purposes, providers, retention and withdrawal controls. Permission must be an explicit, separately recorded choice; reading these Terms or joining the launch list does not give it.

We are not collecting CVs or career details through the launch form. Please use that form only for your email address. Any future sending of an application or message will require your specific instruction covering the recipient and material; general Terms acceptance will not replace it.

Free job results and optional premium

Our planned model provides free access to finding and viewing job results and original application links. Optional premium will provide CV and application-document tailoring. The Pricing page will describe the actual offer before any purchase; no paid offer is open now.

Premium is intended to renew automatically. Before purchase we will state the seller, price, billing interval, included usage, renewal and cancellation terms and obtain your agreement. Statutory cancellation and refund rights will apply. You will not have to purchase tailoring to access free job results or apply independently.

Using the website

Do not use the website unlawfully, impersonate another person, submit someone else's address without authority, upload malware, bypass security or disrupt the service. You may use our website material for your personal job search; our software and branding remain protected by their applicable intellectual-property rights.

Third-party information

External websites and information have their own terms and privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement or a guarantee that a vacancy remains open. Check material facts with the original source. Your instruction does not override another person's rights or a site's access restrictions.

Our privacy comparisons identify their sources and the practices actually described. The Incogni figure concerns the nine platforms in its 2026 study and the broad CCPA meaning of a data sale, which can include non-cash exchanges; it is not a finding about every job platform or every user. Indeed’s cited notice concerns US data-sharing practices and opt-out rights. ZipRecruiter’s cited CV database is opt-in; its separate 100+ job-site distribution claim concerns job adverts, not proof that CVs are sent to 100+ boards. Policies and settings can change. References do not imply affiliation, endorsement or unlawful conduct.

Ending a request or restricting access

You can withdraw an email request through its unsubscribe route or by contacting us. We may proportionately restrict abusive or unlawful website use or act to meet a legal obligation. Where appropriate, we will explain a restriction and provide a way to challenge it. We may change or discontinue pre-launch activities without removing your existing statutory rights.

Our responsibility and your rights

We will exercise reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited.

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. An employer's independent decision does not itself make us liable, but does not excuse our own breach. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability.

Complaints and disputes

Contact privacy@mpexecutive.com and we will investigate and respond without undue delay. These Terms use the law of England and Wales, while preserving mandatory consumer protections and courts available to you under applicable law. You may contact a regulator or bring a permitted claim; there is no compulsory arbitration or waiver of non-waivable rights.

Changes to these Terms

We show the effective version above and preserve relevant earlier versions. We will give appropriate notice of material changes and seek fresh agreement where required. A change cannot retrospectively authorise a new charge or incompatible use of your data. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remainder applies only where it can fairly do so.
